CANCER CARE COORDINATION SUMMIT
Who holds your team together?
Thursday, 26 November 2026 · 17:00–17:45 CET · Zoom · Free
What this is
You carry coordination work every day. Preparing the tumour board. Chasing the result that has not arrived. Carrying the decision to the patient, and noticing when it did not get there.
It holds the team together, and it holds no record.
For one evening, that work is in the open. This time visible.
One evening. Two parts. Join both, or the one you need.
The evening has two parts. In the first, people who do the work say what breaks in their week, and one team shows how it holds. In the second, the Cancer Care Coordination Study reports what it found, two clinicians debate one arguable question, and the evening closes on what you can change from where you are now.
Who this is for
Cancer care professionals working in multidisciplinary settings: oncologists, nurses, coordinators, administrators, allied health. If you feel the weight of coordination that never quite gets counted, this evening is for you.
Clinical and non-clinical Voices.
It is also for the people who lead these services, and for the people building into these teams. Health system and quality leads, researchers working on teams and decision-making, and the people designing AI and digital tools for cancer services. The tools arrive into a coordination layer nobody designed. If you are building something for that space, this is where you hear what it is made of.
Where this started
At an ECO/EONS roundtable on AI in cancer care in March 2026, we raised this question: "What framework exists for the coordination layer?"
Twelve seconds of silence.
Then the honest answer: none.
The study was designed after that room. The Summit is the room that question earned.
The evening
All times CET. One registration covers both parts.
Part one · 17:00–18:15 · Who holds your team together?
Welcome. Where this started, from the two people who were in that room.
The panel. People from different seats in the team. First what breaks in the week. Then what the new tools are doing to it.
A team where coordination works. One team, described from the inside. Then the panel joins the discussion.
Pause · 18:15–18:20
Part two · 18:20–20:00 · What keeps a cancer team working well under pressure?
The study. The findings of the Cancer Care Coordination Study, a response from the implementation side, and your questions.
The debate. One question, two sides. You vote before and after.
What you can change from where you are now. Psychological safety, and what one person, one team and one institution can do.
Close.
You will be asked a few questions through the evening. Your answers shape the discussion.
