You implement 2–3 MicroShifts inside your real clinical environment. In Week 4, a structured Ripple Session with colleagues makes your progress visible beyond yourself.

Your Approach → Integration

You synthesise your progress across the Six Dimensions and co-create a personal Leadership Philosophy — a written framework that is yours to keep.

Embodiment → Sustainability

Your colleagues name what they have noticed. You build a 3-month continuation plan and confirm what has genuinely shifted — verified by the people around you.

What The Shift involves
